The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) is preparing an Airport System Master Plan consisting of a Master Plan Update for Cyril E. King Airport (STT) on St. Thomas and a Master Plan for Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (STX) on St. Croix.
The primary purpose of the Airport System Master Plan is to comprehensively assess the 20-year needs of both airports, identify short-, medium-, and long-term development opportunities, associated Capital Improvement Program (CIP), and to update each airport's respective Airport Layout Plan.
